Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also log into your BellEq account anytime to view your order status. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
